Electrical Issues Somewhere.. need your help

So on my 93 ZJ with the V8 I am having a intermittent issue with losing power to the stereo and display console when I am cranking to start it. This is kind of a odd issue because I don't know how this is happening. When this happened yesterday it just reset the console display and the stereo had its settings saved. Today when I got in this morning my stereo was reset including the console. I figured it would have had to lost all power for more than 5 minutes for the stereo to loss its memory and I have to reset the security system by key since I don't have a key fob to unlock it.

I first thought it may be a loss cable and its shorting out, but after its running I have no issues. When I have my stereo blaring and rattling everything nothing gets reset, and nothing happens when I am driving and hitting some bigger bumps on the road. This has only happened for the past few days which have been warmer then average so maybe something with that.

I just tested the battery and with ignition off it was in the 12's for volts and mid 13's when running. I thought it may have been the positive post due to installing a new amp power cable but those seem all tight.

If anyone can shed some light on this on a point I can focus on that would be great.
