electrical gremlins

my wife's jeep has recently started having some electrical gremlins. the overhead console sometimes doesnt work. the cruise doesnt set, you can turn it on, and the green cruise light comes on, on the dash, but when you press set, it wont set. also, the blend doors for the ac are stuck to only blow from the defrost vents at the windshield. battery is new, battery cable is new. is there a way to reset the electrical system? can the blend doors be moved manually? any help is appreciated, thanks.

the cruise and vents work off of engine vacume. you have a leak. start at the cruise control under the hood. they are on the same vacume line so if one goes out so does the other
