Electric Window Issue?

Hello all. I am having a problem with the electric window on the front driver's side of my 2000 Grand Cherokee.

First, all of my electric windows work except for one. I have read multiple forums about this issue and it seems like most of the time people hear some type of clicking in their door panel. I actually can not hear anything at all, it just won't roll up. I understand there is the lift motor, regulator, and some type of relay. What does my problem sound like to you guys? Any help on this issue will be appreciated.

Window regulator. $70 at an autopart store, or $110 at the dealer. I just replaced my pax side front for the second time in 2 years. The dealer part is much better quality than the online one that I got last year. Do a search for the DIY. It is not very difficult to do.

I appreciate the help. I just purchased a window lift motor with regulator for $90 since the regulator itself was that expensive. Im just hoping it isn't some type of short or discontinuity in the circuit.
