electric fan not cycling right

1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo, the fella that had this before me replaced the stock fan with a Titan electric fan and I've noticed that it more or less comes on when it wants to, I thought it was the relay so i went to have it tested and it was fine, picked a new one up anyway and it does the same thing, noticed the temp was going a little over 210 this morning and the fan not engaging, i also repositioned the temp senor to another part of the radiator, so i'll see if that helps, any other advice would be awesome, my knowledge is limited, thanks in advance

As far as i know, temp sender should be off of the block, just like the factory one. Thats the temp that really matters
