eccentric cam Q

doing the rough country 4 in lift. it says mark the eccentric cam on the front lower control arms before removing.
is this picture what they mean? just make a line so i can put that "washer" back the same way as it was before? and theres one on each side of the front lower control arms correct? only on the axle side tho?

You are correct. You see that line on the "washer"? Just make a mark on the bracket next to it so you can clock it correctly upon reassembly.

it just gives setting points from one side control arm to the other for keeping the axle sqaure and caster the same from one side to the other
