i found this one

its $50 and has 80 leds but:
1. its like 24"x6" - meaning its a big target for something to smash into it and break.
2. more than i really wanna spend lol

I can only imagine how bright that sob is though

yea i looked around on the web bit to. you can always convert the standard bulb to led if you can pop the housing open. i think if i convert the rear light to a LED and maybe add a second or third LED it will be brighter back their. on ebay can get 4 22 LED housing for about $20 shipped form china

i am just going to pick up some stick on led light that run off of AAA battery and have 3-10 led's depending on what you want to spend if i need the extra light for now. i think teh basic pair was $10.

last time i went camping i had the food in the jeep and dont want to keep the doors open for all teh animals to smell. also i usually fill up the trunk and i bet i thill break an light that stick out lol.

were did you but the items from?

I'm going to try something like this when I get the time and $$.

I plan on using smaller LED's and multiple ones.
Cost should be just a little above what you payed.

yeah, my entire interior is converted to blue leds. Brighter than stock. lol

if they have 22 LEDs per housing and are only $20, its a total POS. Hate to tell you that. I was looking at those as well. Any decent set of lights with over 20 leds per light is gonna be more expensive than that Otherwise I'd go all out

i know its going to be a POS since from china and cheap, but if you only use it a few times and dont want to spend $50+ its an idea.

your jeep has a nice look with the blue LEd's

When I do this mod, I will most likely be using it a good amount so Im gonna make it nice.

And thanks btw. I guess I lied, I still have to buy another 3 bulbs to complete my interior. 3 of the overhead bulbs. Im thinking of getting the pricey ones so I know theyll be bright as hell lol

Just get LED reverse lights

(stupidly long ebay link)

Installing HID's in stock housings is bad. Here is why.

was this all you did?

did you only have to remove the lift gate trim, the trim around the power outlet, the one on top of that, and the one by the firewall?
If so i might do the exact same thing, since this is such a good idea :]
