And to add to the confusion, there are two bars available in the double shear kit, one for big lifts and one for small lifts. At 3.5", make sure you got the one for small lifts.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!! Re torqued the trac bar and all of the suspension bolts. Took it up to 65 and not even the slightest wobble!!
1998 XJ- 4.0/AX-15/231- 3.5" RE. 4.10 gears - 4.6 build in progress.
