Durango tie rod end on ZJ?

I'm replacing the steering box on my zj with one from a Durango. Now the durango box has the tie rod end stud on the pitman arm, while the ZJ has it on the drag link. Would I be able to replace the tie rod end with one from a durango so I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of switching the pitman arms (PITA)? Both look to be about the same length...

1998 TJ, stock till I find a job.

the pittman arms are different, i would change them out to keep your steering properly lined up with the track bar.
