Driveshaft HELP

New to the website...I have a 98 5.2 with 4" rough country and a 2" BB. I have all adjustable arms, but need some help with drivshaft lengths. I dont want to lower my tcase so I was going to lengthen my rear shaft and get completely new front. How much should I lengthen my rear, or should I just get a completely new driveshaft? The front shaft keeps binding up because of the angle at the CV. Would it me better to convert to a Ujoint or keep the CV?
