Doorless Legal in Cali.?

my buddy took off his doors yesterday and when he got home his aunt ( lives with her ) who is a police officer said that he had to put his doors back on because it is not Highway legal. is there a section in the book that you guys can show me that proves that it's legal/ not legal.

Probably the fact that he didn't have mirrors is what made it illegal, but then again, its CA, so who knows!

As long as there's mirrors he's fine. Have him ask his Aunt which Vehilce Code section it violates, cause I can't find it in mine.
