Door panel snaps

They seem to be elusive to find. JY won't be any help since they will be in as bad shape as mine are. I broke 5 while replacing the speakers, and I want to replace all of the snaps since I already have the panels off. Any specs or a part number that works for a 96 ZJ would be wonderful. Thanks in advance!

Any auto parts store should have them or be able to get them. If you know anybody at a body shop they could hook you up too. There are a couple different kinds you can use too. I used these on my panels, they are pretty common especially on fords.

For your 96 the OE number is 6504014 and they're called, "Push pin, door panel retaining". Not sure if the local parts stores carry them but may have seen some there before. If not try the dealer or you could order them here.

Yeah I know I looked there too. I even bought a pack but the stem in the center of every single one of them was too narrow and wouldn't stay in the door panel. They just fell right out.

But these sources are great, thanks everyone!
