Door panel

My dad has a 96 laredo and is needing a drivers door panel. Been trying to find some but have only come up with one on ebay. Does anyone have any suggestions, besides the salvage yard, on where he could look? Thank you in advance.

junk yard is best bet if you want to avoid the shipping cost.

ditto, junk yard/salvage yard will be the best unless you want high shipping from online vendors. By online, have you tried JCWhitney? I've come into luck with SOME zj interior parts, but struck out on a lot of others.. IIRC, they used to sell door panels for the ZJ but it's been quite some time since I looked into that

That was going to be my suggestion to him but I don't know if he wants to go diving around a salvage yard, he is 64 and is a little set in his ways Haha. I looked at jcwhitney but had no luck. Saw a lot of pull handles and such as that. Going to search a little more but I am betting they will be hard to come by.

Any door panels fabric or wood grain will work. Thing is you cant tell the condition of the door panels online as well as seeing them in person.

So what he's 64 and set in his ways? LOL. He wants a door panel to match so have him pick one out at the jy and you can do the work! You may want to warn him you'll most likely be walking around a jy instead of driving around.

BTW, what color driver's door panel are you looking for in case somebody runs into one?

He should tell them at the counter at JY what he wants, they will pull it for him. I think JY is your best bet.

I told him today that JY is his best bet. After that it is all up to him unless he ropes me into helping one of the times we go to visit haha. Thank you everyone for the advice.

What's wrong with the one he has? I'm only asking because I have all four door panels from my zj. They're in good condition with the exception of the front doors which have the typical worn spot at the arm rest. They're dark grey and they're in good shape other than what I mentioned. Let me know if you're interested.

I forgot to mention. They're free, just cover the shipping.
