door lock color

Hi guys,

Just buy a new (to me) 5.9 with 162k km
The door cylinder are silver instead of the usual black... is there a way to change the cover to get them black or not ?

Thanks

You mean the keyhole thing right? I'm sure you could either replace them with either new or junkyard parts, or get a little bottle of black auto paint and very very carefully paint it? Either way it'll have to be removed first, and if you replace them you might have a different key for the door
