It's really easy, there's 12 plastic 'rivets' that need to be removed before the bumper comes free (I cut all mine off, there's probably a less damaging way ) - 3 on top (pop the hood and there's 2 screws holding the grille on, take the grille off to access the rivets on the bumper), 3 on the bottom, and 3 in each wheel well. Once you've got them all, just pull straight forward and it will pop right off!

The rear cover is also very easy, once you do it the first time you will be able to install and reinstall everything in 20 minutes. The rear has plastic rivets in the wheel wells that also hold the mud flaps (which you may want to ditch while you're at it), and also a bolt on either side next to the lamp housing. You will also need to pry up the plastic piece on the "step" of the rear bumper by the tailgate. The piece has small clips that act as retainers. Once you have the rivets, the two bolts, and the plastic guard just yank it back and it will come right off.

Back when I worked and raced downhill for the bike shop Sun Ringle the bike company would send a ton of stuff to the shop before the races. One of the things was a USA "Sun Ringle" sticker that I had on the hatch. Soon enough everyone began calling the ZJ "Ringle" and it stuck. I like it, it's pronounced with an accent over the "e" as it's spanish, so "Ring-Lay"

As promised, here you go. The more I look at it the more I like it. Makes the Jeep look a lot more stout.

Yes Matt you are a great inspiration!
I did allot of things that you did right after you. I also trimmed most of the front cover off right after you did and now I may take it off after seeing how nice yours looks.
The rear does take a little getting used to, my problem is that I use the rear bumper (seat, beer holder, step).

There are two on top parallel with the radiator shorud bolts and two more towards the ends of the grille, on the upper portion of the "slots".
