dome lights stay on no power window/lock drivers side

Hello new here and I own a 2004 Grand Cherokee Special Edition and gf took it while I was out of town, called me said lights stay on. Just got home so far the interior lights are on the switch is not set to cause that. The drivers side power will not work neither online I have seen a ton of people with this problem but have not seen a solution was just wondering if anyone had this problem and had figured it out.

2004 Grand Cherokee

I have the same problem. The interior lights stay on, drivers side door lock doesn't work, and the power windows stopped working. Is there a re-call. Have any luck finding out what the problem is?

you broke the wire in your drivers side door. I did it twice. open the door and look for the little boot by the hinges and pull the boot back from the door side and you will see the broken wire or wires.

FlipFlop 425............Thanks for your help. Is this something I can fix myself or do I need to take it to a garage? I took the vehicle last week to our local car repair shop and he took a look at it and said it is something the dealer must repair. Is that because he is not a certified jeep repair person................thanks again Fondo
