Disengage Security System on my JGC 1995

As of now... i removed the battery on my JGC..

Problem is... IT wont START, it would just crank, all Exterior LIGHTS are blinking, interior light is on, SECURITY lamp on the DASH is blinking, there is a fast ticking sound on the passenger side dash when i removed the key or open the doors... HELP please... its been a month since i used the vahicle...

Another problem is no mechanic want to touch my vehicle...

You are the first person I know that has had that happen other then me. It happened in my WJ. It was not the alternator or battery but a simple wire that runs from the alternator to the pcm or, your key could need to be recoded to your jeep. To recode your key turn it to the on position for 15-20 min let sit for 5 and then in the on position again for 5. But it def sounds like a electrical prob if that is not it. (that wire from the alt to the pcm)

good luck finding the problem tho!

My battery might run out if i leave my key on for 20 minutes then another 5 minutes and another 5 minutes... the lights won't stop blinking... il try the wire from alt to pcm first... thanks... have a great day!

Have you tried the usual method of unlocking-locking-unlocking the driver's door with the key?

Under the drivers side kick plate there is a large bundle of wires. In that bundle is a purple wire with a yellow stripe.

Peel back some of the wire coating, and attach a ground wire to it, and ground it. (I just ran a jumper from the wire to one of the screws that hold in the kick plate)

Alarm is now disabled. No more of the alarm going off when the battery is too low to crank, or going off due to a malfunctioning alarm sensor.

Install an aftermarket alarm system, or keep your doors locked with a pitbull inside.

You have to lock ALL the doors, then use the key to unlock, lock and re-unlock the driver's door to rest the alarm.

The pink/red box is the chime module. Pulling that will just disable the chime, and the power door lock switch.
