Clean all your leads off, check the fuse panel one may have blown but not entirely 'blown' if you get what I mean.

Thats what i thought controlled it. Is there a way to adjust it because the way it is right now if i run even just the AC the battery keeps getting weaker and weaker till it starts dieing at idle But if all i am running is the engine and cooling fan it doesn't weaken the battery.

Check the charging voltage with a meter. It should average around 13.8 vdc. Sounds like you may need an alternator.
