Dead radio, interior lights, power mirrors and power locks.

My radio, interior lights, power mirrors and power locks all went at the same time. Fuses are all good (both in the front under the hood and passanger side door), particularly fuse #10.

Any hints on what I should look for? Also anyone know where I can find a pdf of the users manual?

Welcome to the board!
You didn't say what kind or year Grand you have.
However, I'll take a shot at it.
All the circuits you list use the following fuses:

Junction Block (inside the Jeep)
Fuse 3
Fuse 6
Fuse 16

PDC (under the hood)
Fuse 8
Fuse 11
Fuse 15
Fuse 18

Other modules in common are the Driver Door Module and Passenger Door Module (though I doubt those are the problem). The Body Control Module controls the function of all the circuits (among others).

Are you looking for an owner's manual, or a factory service manual?
Again, you'll have to specify the year of your vehicle to get any further.

HTH

My bad, it's a 94.

As I said, all the fuses are good (pulled every single one of the bleeding things).

I'm looking for an owner's manual as my haynes manual doesn't list what each fuse does.

Well it did turn out to be a fuse, dunno which #, it was labled I.O.D. I didn't check them properly, found the cause of the issue too, bad bulb under the hood. So next time I'll pull every fuse to check, instead of just putting that checkie thing on it.

Good job, Lisa!
Those checkie things can certainly lead you astray...

It can be frustrating to be told to check the very thing you are sure you have already checked, but more often than not, it usually turns out to be the very thing you swear it can't be causing the problem.
