Dash lights and parking lights stuck on..HELP

Hello All I am new here but a long time Jeeper. I had a problem develop on my 96 Grand Cherokee and was referred here from the Team Chevelle web site. The trouble is that the parking lights and the dash lights will not go out regardless of what I try with the switch. I have disconnected the headlight switch as well as the parking lamp relay. The lights are killing my battery. Please help..

Thanks
Milan

It seems that the rear wiper motor has failed, back feeding voltage through the ground side(?) I pulled the rear wiper fuse and the problem is gone....
