Dash comp flashing tail light fault- but lights work???

The dash comp is sayin my tail lights are faulting, but all of em work. Any clues on how to get it to stop. Thanks
Also- i need a dip stick for the 5.2 V8- any ideas where i can get one (without payin 42.50 to the dealer) thanks again

check the side marker and make sure the correct bulbs are installed

dipstick, try your local bar

or a salvage yard

could be side markers, the 3rd brakelight, or someone put in the wrong bulb.

I agree , side marker light in the rear taillight . I had the same thing , the small bulb was fried and was a little tough to see at first until you compare both sides , then it was easier .

As for the dipstick , not any 5.2 will do , the ram PU is longer , but , if you have your old dipstick , and have just broken the top , or handle , you can very easily remove the small pin , and swap handles , retaining the original dipstick making any dipstick handle from a 5.2 usable . $2 at a U-pull

Thanks for the ideas, ill tear the lights apart later today and check the bulbs, dam flashin warning is starting to get anoying. And as for the dipstick, ill check the pick aparts- only had this zj for about 5 days now, got it for 900 plus the 400 in parts ive dumped in it to get it to run- but that 5.2 is a screamer now- but the previous owner lost the dipstick- so searchin i will go.
