Mike

I did a google search on wheeling areas in CT and this is what I got.

Results 1 - 10 of about 221,000 for off road vehicle areas in CT. (0.27 seconds)

I was sitting around and did the same for Nebraska. There are a lot more areas out there for us than we think.

BTW, those land nazis also have sites.

Grandman, I'm in Trumbull as well! Wow, weird.

I know a few spots back by Jones Tree Farm in Shelton and I am going up to Hamden in a few weekends with some buddies to do some power lines. Where do you live in Trumbull man, lets get together.

I'm psyched!

Matt

hey grand I used to live in milford, not too far from you. We should definatly get together sometime. We'll have to get matt in on it too. Matt, I know where jones is, how is it up there? I used to race at the little gokart track down the street from that place.

I'm 17 and I live over by Tashua Knolls gof course on Coventry Ln. off of Tashua Knolls.

Jones is pretty good, and I also found a sweet place by Mohegan rd. in shelton. It is a long trail and open field with some nice stuff, but I haven't gone too far in because I didn't want to risk getting stuck and not being able to turn out. My buddy came with an Xterra one night but it was too dark. Anyways, I'd love to explore there or anywhere really. I hear Hamden has got the good stuff and I want to head up there as well. You're right though, CT is really lacking in the off road department.

Let's all meet, how old are you?

It's actually right by my buddies house. I am not too familiar with the area but I will ask him for the addresses and PM you the directions. I would not suggest going it alone, the trails are very narrow and I haven't explored past this river yet. It is pretty easy to get hung up on the roots and deep mud especially this time of year. Hey, take what we can get right.

im in central Connecticut and the only place i know of is nepaug state forest, i think the trails are technically ATV but people take OHVs out there all the time, other than that there isnt much unless you find some private property
