Crown V Axle in GC?

I want to get the dana 35 out of my 93 GC. Somebody has an 8.8 for sale out of an 82 Crown Vic. How much work are we looking at hear as far as extending the axle/changing mounts/linkage to t-case? i would re-agear it to something like 410. also, is this axle just as strong as the 8.8's out of the explorers and such? any feedback at all as to the 8.8's out of crown vics would be great. thanks

It would be like any other 8.8 swap out there, but if it has 28 splines then it wouldnt be worth it.

Ford Crown Victoria is the same bolt pattern as ZJ's. At least any of the ones with composite headlights are.
