creaking noise. Have picture- please help

Hi everyone- I had my trackbar replaced (among other things) on my 93 zj. Ever since, there's a creaking/popping/groaning noise when I turn left and right (stopped or moving). I got under the jeep and the piece pictured here:

The top part that connects to the car moves a bit when the steering wheel is turned. I think this is what is making the noise. Can anyone tell me if this part is supposed to move or flex when the wheel is turned? Do I just need to tighten it?

Not suppost to move at all.Turn your wheels to the driver side and tighten that bolt bubba tight.

That must be it then because the bracket is definitely moving. THANKS FRIEND!!

Definately tighten it, if you were any taller, I bet you would be having Death Wobble from it if it's moving. Those have to be Uber tight!!!
