courtesy lights problem

i'm having a problem with the courtesy lights, i pulled out the relay to keep them off if i put the relay back they stay on all the time, i can,t install the monitoring part of my prestige alarm because they dont work.
It is anything that can be fixed or should i replace the BCM.

thanks.
