Coulple things

OK first, my tcase output shaft seal is leaking. There is a vibration ican feel in the seat and steering wheel at about 50-60 mph. Could a bushing have worn out in the tcase thus causing the seal to wear out? All u joints are good and there's no wiggle in the drive shafts

2nd. Occasionally my trans doesn't like to shift out of 2nd to 3rd, (42re) replaced the filter and changed fluid but it still happens here and there.
