Hey guys! I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ with the 5.9L V8. The VIC started giving me the error "Coolant Sensor Bad". I was reading online that in the 96 the VIC was only wired to the coolant level sensor. If that's the case then the sensor must be bad because my coolant levels are fine. I'm just wondering if this VIC error is connected to the heat gage on the dash. Just curious as to any information someone might have on this error and if I'll be able to tell if my engine is overheating or not. Thanks!
Okay thanks!! That's what I was thinking because the rear blinker VIC goes off as well but they are both completely random and don't happen all the time.
