bit odd, why is there electrical tape around the hose? maybe it is coming from there. What will travel down hoses and drip of at a low point. Is there coolant any where else? I know I had coolant all over my engine bay when my water pump was going bad. Coolant leaks out the weep hole and sprays all over the engine via the fan.

The tape was just a temp thing to see if it was the upper hose. Gonna replace it here in a few.
Do these lower two hoses you see that are wet circulate coolant? They are right under the intake. This is on the 4.7 Not the cap, it's on the other side.

Oh, there is coolant dripping from the sway bar, but it looks basically to be coming from that area. Definitely not the water pump.

Bought a 2000 GC two weeks ago w/ the 4.7. I got it back to work and found coolant all over the air intake box. I found the leak on the front off the radiator, opposite side of the upper radiator hose. The plastic part of the radiator cracked, ended up replacing it last weekend. Squeeze the upper hose and listen for a fluid leak from the radiator, that's how I happen to find my leak.

Just used a pressure tester and found a leak. It was shooting a nice stream out at 10psi. Is the radiator looking thing in FRONT of the radiator towards the front bumper part of the radiator? It looks like that is what was leaking.

Got the radiator out. What a total PAIN IN THE ***. Much worse than an engine/tranny auto>5spd swap I did on an eclipse.
Can anyone tell me if coolant runs through the AC condenser? Common sense tells me no...

Didn't think so. Thanks.
Got a Valeo radiator for $199 after taxes. Get to go through the fun of putting everything back together now.

Putting back together is a lot easier than taking apart.

Yes it was, it went together pretty darn easily. It was a bear taking everything apart though. All is well now though

way too much to list.
Thought for the day:
If GOD gave HIS only son for us...can't we at least give HIM an hour of our time a day.
