somebody else didnt realize there was a factory installed lamp there in addition to you
its just a simple 194 bulb. that entire assembly is stock

man i wish you would have wrote a how to on this... i have the same head unit as well, pounds and i can watch my music vid's on long road trips and buddies can play PS2... say what you will, it is a killer unit, and i travel ALOT in my truck pulling a trailer, makes road trips to bike shows alot easier!
can you write up a parts break down, for the dash lights?

does anyone know how many led's are needed for just the gauges? I want to have my needle's a different color. I figured it is possible since the stock needle is not green. Also, anyone know what bulb goes into the hvac controls, heated seats and rear wiper cluster, and headlight switch cluster and how many there are?
