But I have had it for 1 yr 9 mo. If anything has been changed the person I bought it from did not know. He only had it for 4 months. I don't remember what IAC is so I will have to look it up.
Do a full ignition tune-up, easy and cheap to do. The IAC is on the back of the throttle body. Two T25 torx. Don't pull the spindle in an out as you clean it.

Anybody thought of adding the AC drain modification to this list?

Cool. I've had to do it on both my fiance's ZJ and mine. Drill and careful use of a sawzall, since I don't own air tools.

Brand new Jeep owner here. I have owned my first Jeep for less than a week and found my way to this thread. While it did not help with my imediate problem it will help with a number of other issues I am needing to deal with over the winter. Such a great post that I joined the forum and will spend some time looking around. Will probably upgrade to a paid membership if everything else is as great as this thread.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum!

May I ask what your current problem is? I bet we can figure out what's wrong.

This forum has helped me countless times so I thought I could give back a little with this thread.

Was trying to think of some new things to add since the snow is coming, but couldn't come up with anything. Anybody have any ideas?

Yep, all the above you mentioned are in there. Heater core is towards the bottom.

Thank you for this thread. Signed up to the forum after how helpful it's been. Scored a 94' 4.0 auto with 200k for free from the wife's grandpa that needs rear brakes and lines and replaced a PS hose. Thanks again.
