Cold weather

Well its droopped to -25C here in the last two days and Im having problems again. At work I started it fine but it died while I was getting drive-thru for lunch, took 3 trie to get it started and had to pump thew gas a bit. On the way home it died once and I had to restart.

When I started it this morning it worked fine after it was plugged in all night but it has a very low idle speed, like 300-500 rpm in park. When I drive it comes up to normal but drops down again to the same low level and almost sounds as if its gonna die on me. I just topped up my coolant on Sat night but I dont think this has anything to do with it. Any ideas on whats wrong before I blow some cash at the garage would be great.
