Coil Spacers???

Okay so i just got some 2" coil spacers for my 2000 WJ. I know that there have been other threads on this but after looking i really didnt find anything very helpful. So my question is, what is the best way to go about the installation? And yes i have a coil compressor.

Thank You

jack up vehicle, remove wheels, take load off of suspension, drop spring, shove puck in, replace spring, drop spring, shove puck in, replace spring, drop spring, shove puck in, replace spring, drop spring, shove puck in, replace spring, replace wheels, un-jack vehicle

dont expect such a quick response, and you can find tons of help online outside of JF for installing lifts.

Most likely you wont need the coil compressor, as long as you are placing those spacers on stock coils. Here is a short version of how to do it:

1) Disconnect front and rear swaybars
2) Disconnect bottom of the shocks
3) Jack up the vehicle
4) Support the vehicle with jack stands
5) With your jack, begin jacking up one axle (you can use the control arm/axle joint as a jack point) - this will lift the end you are jacking but drop the other end. Jacked up enough, the spring on the other side will just fall right out. NOTE: before it falls out, take note of how the coil is sitting in the isolators
6) Add the spacers
7) Replace coils with spacers, taking note as to how it originally sat in the isolator
8) Repeat for other coils

You may need the compressor after the spacers have been added - however, I've also jacked on the bottom of the hub assembly (dont know how good this is, but I havent encountered any problems - used this site to install my 3" coils). The further out you go on the axle, the more leverage you gain and the higher you can jack

My 10 second search revealed to me that there is a write-up on Kevin's site:
