Coil Spacer on RE lift??

I am looking at getting a coil spacer on top of my 3.5" RE lift. Would that hurt anything? I don't really want to have to mess with driveshaft angles and stuff, so would I need to if I put in spacers? I am not sure which spacer size I want, just one that stops my tires from rubbing my front bumper when I take the sway bar off. I have a '97 Laredo with 31X10.5's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
