Code 720, Output Shaft Speed Sensor?

Recently I got the code 720 for the Output Shaft Speed sensor failing. I tried clearing the code and driving, but the code came back. So, looks like I need to replace this.

The info I got is that this is near the rear of the transmission and on the left. How hard is it to replace this thing?

Is this a stealer only part??

Ok, I got the part from the dealer, $23. Not bad. But now my question is where exactly is it. Looking underneath I do see a sensor on the overdrive part of the transmission on the left hand side near the bottom, just in front of the cross member. Could this be it?? Or is it the one just above the tranny pan where all the linkage is??

Thanks.

But it was the one on the overdrive just in front of cross member. It had the same part number as the part I got from dealer. I swapped these out, reset the computer, took it for a drive and the check engine light did not come on! It also shifted better!
