Clunking/Binding

My '94 GC Laredo Keeps binding and making clunking sound everytime i turn left or right even when backing up.This happens with a cold start or when engine is warm.I just put in new sway bars,tires and an alignment ,same problem.Need some help.

Did the clunking just start after the sway bars, tires, & align? If so, check all that stuff first, make sure everything is tight and not bumping into anything.

If it's been doing it for a while, possibly bad cv joints - or even bad vc in the t-case, although I think that's mainly a problem when hot.
