Climate Control

Okay.....I have a problem with the climate control.
I set it to 75 degrees and once it reaches that temp then it starts to blow cool air only. I have to turn up a few notches then it starts to heat again. Then it repeats the cycle again.

Mind you I'm heating up to that temperature. It is winter here in MI.
The in car climate is out of control.

Any help would be appreciated!
