Clicking in front end under hard turns...

Just got this 5.9 limited. Guy told me he put both front CV's in a few months ago. There is definite clicking going on up front on hard turns on dry pavement. Took it out in the snow for some testing. In a snow covered lot, if I turn it fully and lightly give it gas, it makes almost no clicking sound. If I give it some throttle on a hard turn in the snow I can hear a little bit of clicking but almost nothing. I was originally thinking it was the VC clicking but now Im not sure. I am now thinking that the CV's are bad and they were a cheap replacement that went bad already. What are your thoughts?

Could also be ball joints. Or something else. You need to crawl under there and check.
