Depends on what your definition of "cheap" is...a simple 2.5" BB and 31's would be the least expensive option.

You should fill out your profile info, or create a sig so we know a little about your jeep, but if you have a ZJ, the F/R swap is a nice low budget way to get ~ 3.5" of lift.

Well then you might want a 2" BB. Probably about $200 for the spacers and the shocks.

When it comes to 2"+ lifts, the 3.5" F>R by IRO is definatly one of the cheapest

30-33 is a big variance.. what kind of wheeling are you hoping to do?

Save up and get the f>r, use your stock wheels and trim to fit those 33's

Put the BB on, then grab a set of 31"s. You'll be set until you drive down a trail and see someone with a bigger lift, and you'll be lifting it again. I haven't even had my BB on for 3 months now, and I'm already looking for a 4" lift!

Look in the classifieds here, and on the Jeep forums. You can pick the BB up from somebody used and save yourself even more money. After that, buy yourself a set of shocks, because you'll wear them out pretty quickly with the pucks on.
