the cat efficiency code point to a bad cat....but..... you replaced the first sensor, that one monitors the output of the engine, the one behind the converter monitors what comes out of the cat. Computer compares the two, triggers the light if the readings aren't where they should be. Replace the rear sensor, clear the codes, and run it, the sensor could just be worn out. They aren't designed to last more than 80-100 thousand miles. if it triggers again, replace the cat.
