Cash for Clunkers Jeep Cherokee #3 car turned in, what parts to source?

I'm putting together a list of parts to harvest from the Jeeps that are being turned in for CFC? I have a 2001 JGC, I need some door actuators, trunk lock actuator (for the future) some blend doors, etc.

What other items should one harvest from working grand cherokees as a future insurance policy? I'd like to get them now while there are so many being turned in?

thanks
N

if it's cherokee and not grand cherokee, you're out of luck on a lot of things for a wj.

coolant fan relay, super easy to harvest, 2 screws and done.
also, headlights that are not foggy, one screw and done!

for seats, get ones from 2003 or newer. they were redesigned for those and are MUCH more comfortable. you might also get leather, power and maybe heated which is a great upgrade.

The dealer won't let you take parts from the lot (unless you get permission, obviously), they have to ruin the engine and send it off and let the junk yard part it out. Sadly there aren't any beater WJ's at our dealer, just a lot of ZJ's and XJ's (even a two door!)

There are three WJ at my local SHUT DOWN chrysler dealer, I'm going to go by and talk with them about where they are sending them after seizing the engine. I'll post details once I get them.
