Car hesitates

2006 jeep grand cherokee leardo 3.7L its about 140,000 miles. It was driving fine, the RPM was little not steady,
So time for some tune up, I used 2 seafoam in the gas tank back to back, then I change
the spark plugs, air filter, the oil, the throttle position sensor, it drive great for a week, then the car start to hesitates, and sputters when I drive on steady speed, not all the time.it start fine and no check engine light one
any ideas why is this happening?
Oh also what is ZJ -WJ jeep ?

1) did the previous owner do a seafoam at all in that mileage?

2) from what you say, could be as simple as an O2 sensor, i know certain symptoms i had like 3 y ago were kinda what you describe and it was o2 sensor and tps, eventually the check engine will appear, mine did after like 1 week give or take, if its o2 sensor
