Can't open door

Hi
The left backdoor won't open, neither form in or outside. I tried to remover the cover but it seems there are some screws can't be reached with the door closed.
Any recommendations?

I had the same problem on my 2000 WJ Laredo. Ended up costing me a few hundred for the dealer to fix, and a few days to. But they were nice and gave me a rental for my time. They said the actuator froze and had to be replaced. I bought mine used so the warranty did not cover it and I didn't know about the forums yet to ask anyone. Hope you have better luck than I did.
