The I6 isn't any party either, but some of the guys here have been able to get it replace by tackling at a certain angle.
Maybe be someone the 5.2 can describe it or you might be able to give it a search.

To fix your flickering interior lights, I would spray some contact cleaner into the slider switch. Take the entire headlamp switch assembly out of the dash, take the circuit board out of the assembly, and spray the contact cleaner *directly* into the potentiometer. You need to remove the entire assembly from the car because there is a dust shield you need to get the contact cleaner straw under. Work it up and down a few times and that should help too. While you have it out DEFINITELY reflow all the solder points and add solder where it is needed.

Bumping for your enjoyment

I re soldered the headlight unit and Vic and both are ship shape

The stalling I eventually tracked down the cat was clogged it was replaced and it never happened again

The brake issue is infact the calipers and I will replace the whole system in a few months since I have already rebuilt these once.

The bang I never got sorted but I will spend more time on it now that she is running right.

In the process I made a new intake

Replaced some gaskets

Replaced TPS and crank position

Thank you all for the help she is exactly 200 miles away from 200k I'll bump with a pic

Thanks for helping me get her that far!
