i make sure to knock mine loose every time i rotate the tires.
also, get 2 hammers if its seized to hub and hold one on the inside of the rotor (same side as your hitting but acroos the rotor. ex:2oclock and hit it at 8oclock). this also works well on pitman arms

Most problems with ZJ brakes stem from notches in the sliders. Usually mistaken for bad calipers. But calipers rarely ever fail.
