It came...

Well my 242 showed up today...900.00 and 138 to install, cant wait till next wedday when it comes out of the shop

to be able to go around a parking lot with out the car bucking and jumping making me look like an ***
I do deliveries in this car and you cant even pull into the parking lot of where I work with out it acting stupid(damn 249)

I would suggest you call him and he really knows his stuff. Cheaper than a vc and better than a 249

i've got the 242... it's cool as all hell to have. i have an I6 though... that might change though, my best friends brother is a lil mechanic fiend, and so are his triplet best friends. theyve offered to do any work i want for parts cost and some beer...

Is that the guy that builds them in the 249 case so that its a direct bolt in??

I am interested in this my self. But I mainly want it because it
locks up in 4 lo. which the quadratrack does not do..

I guess I will call the New York guy . I have heard alot about him.

Did he send you a shipping label to return your 249 and was there a refundable core charge or is $900 the final price.(Not that its a bad price but ..........you know..)
