A/C line leak

The line between the accumulator and the condenser is leaking a little bit, its got an icky refrigerant coating and I have to recharge the system fairly often. I want to get it fixed and have the whole A/C system checked for good operation before the summer and since it is pretty old and was last serviced by my dad's evil mechanic...

I'm guessing this isn't something I could do myself without some special equipment, so how much does everyone think this will set me back at a shop? Thanks.

The steel lines on my accumulator/dryer were full of tiny pits and had a very slow leak. Charge would only last one season.

I bought this one from Amazon for around $150

Omix-Ada 17951.06 A/C Receiver Drier

Firewall end has spring lock coupler. Other end connects to compressor.
