A/c Discharge Hose Sensors???
Hey fellas, i have a 98 jeep grand cherokee 5.9 360 4x4. I need to replace my discharge hose. It runs from the A/C compressor to the condenser.my problem is that on top of the hose there are 2 sensors. I believe one is the high pressure sensor?? but have no idea what the other sensor is for. the wire seems to be connected to the sensor on the upper radiator hose. does anyone know what those sensors are for??

That may be the switch that turns on the electric fan. The switch in the upper radiator hose is for the fan, and both are supposed to activate the Low speed.
These are 5.9 Limited only parts, and not listed on most part websites. |
