A/C 00 WJ Info Needed.

So it got warm up here for about 4 days mid 70's i decide to check my A/c it's low a/c compressor constantly kicking on so Pump it out yes i used a vacuum pump
(father does commercial heating and air it holds a vacuum until u remove the gauge from the low port my valve in my low port leaks sob. so after i drained it all out pumped 24.oz of r-134a straight from the 35lb jug Blows Cold as hell now

what Pressure should my Low Side be reading tho? when it's running im getting anywhere from 35-40lbs when it's running. and when the compressor kicks on (very rarely now) it drops to 20

here's how i fixed my leaky valve tho haha that valve on top of the low port cost about 60 bucks lol dad had one laying around then the gauge is kinda cheaper it's not a liquid gauge he wouldnt let me have one of those.

sorry for the poor picture Damn Smart phones have 2mp cameras >.<
what psi should it be running?

Ok need Help Jeep a/c guru's The low side Port On my Accumulator or drier my father twisted the cap the wrong way and bottom part of it is thread and has now been stuck in the port causing the a/c to leak slowly i've attempted to get the plastic out to change the shrader valve no luck then i bought this kit.

http://www.autozone.com/autozone/cat...entId=cat10009 it has a new Stem Valve it self

So ive tried to get the Low Side A/c Port off no luck it has to be threaded because there's a gap where it meets the drier.

Am I right or wrong Does the Low Side A/c Port IT self Unscrew? cause it's seriously Muffed up now. Pipe wrench destroyed it all it did was strip (soft metal) so now the port it self is deformed.

and does the kit i got even replace the Port it self Looks like it. or am i just fin tarded

Incase u dont know what i mean Picture
