Busted Front Track Bar

My trac bar ball joint (kingpin) end just broke right at the frame. I have roughly a 3 to 4in lift on a 1995 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.2L. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good trac bar? Rubicon, Skyjacker ect..

I called 4 Wheel Parts and they can order a Rubicon Express Trac Bar for $165.

Thanks in advance...

I've been running it for ~3 years now.

No rust. That's the thing. I went under there and shook it the day before and it seemed tight. No rust and heck my rig doesnt even produce a drop of oil on the pavement.

However, while writing this I ran out and took a couple pictures. There is rust on the kingpin and castle nut that I didn't notice before.

Is it just me or does it look like my trac bar has been heated up? Notice the white area on my bar....

I think I need to get myself some quick disconnects... I also want to find out what lift I have too. I have no idea... lol

Well, I got it installed. Steering feels nice n tight. So much it feels like my Jeep has more body roll now.

Sorry for the bad pics, I couldnt find my camera. Here are a couple I took with my cell phone of the Trac Bar installed.

yea his is in right. KORs is similar to JKS, in fact i think they use the JKS bar in that kit, just a double shear type.

KOR's instructions on the website show it that way. I was thinking the same as you that it might be at the top. Hell it looks alot beefier than the stock one. Anyone have ideas about a good rear one?
