Bumper 2002 Grand Cherokee

My mother has a 2002 Grand Cherokee with a dent in the rear bumper about 5 inches in diameter. It is a laredo, so it has that gray plastic bumper. What is the best way to go about fixing this bumper?

Take it out and try popping it out. It might not come out perfect but it'l look a lot better.

If it looks faded and cracked once its popped back in, you can always paint over it with krylon fusion black paint, or even gray paint and it will look like new.
