Build Sheet
Do any of you know if Chevy trucks have a build sheet like Jeep has? Im searching for information on my friends Chevy truck I told him about Jeeps site and was wondering if Chevy has one.

If the truck is less than 10 years old, your friend can go to a Chevy dealer with the VIN and they'll print one for him. After 10 years they purge the files from the system. Since the late 80's they put a SPID (Service Parts ID) label in the glove compartment that pretty much tells you the same information... you just have to decode the codes. There are any number of websites that list the RPO codes for Chevrolets.
